Get your game on with The Crossroads’ pickleball gym rental! Enjoy the use of our 3 courts with nets as you play this fun and fast-paced game. Bring your own equipment and rent by the hour for a challenging game or just some friendly competition.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing our gymnasium for your pickleball game. Please review the following policies before proceeding with your reservation: Booking Duration: Rentals are available for a duration of 1 hour per booking. Equipment: Only nets will be provided for the pickleball game. Clients are responsible for bringing their own personal equipment, including paddles and balls. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled booking time. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows. Setup and Clean-Up: Clients are required to set up and clean up the playing area before and after their rental period. This includes setting up the nets and ensuring the area is left clean and tidy for the next user. Damage Responsibility: Any damage incurred during the rental period, including damage to equipment or facilities, is the sole responsibility of the client. Clients will be held liable for any repair or replacement costs resulting from damage caused during their rental period. Exclusion Zones: The rental agreement specifically excludes the use of the stage, lobby, or concessions areas. The rental is limited to the gymnasium space only. Time Allotment: Due to shared use with daycare children for indoor recess and other bookings, clients must adhere strictly to their allotted rental time. Timely arrival and departure are essential to ensure smooth transitions between bookings and to avoid inconveniencing other users of the facility.
